Description

From the Karlift car park, follow the farm road next to the main road in the direction of the Ennet der Ach part of town (at Haus Pechhüttl). Cross the road there and walk to the edge of the forest, where the circular Mühlrundwanderweg trail begins. Follow this steep path for 30 minutes to reach the highline179 (signposted highline179). It is possible to cross the highline179 for a fee. Then descend from the Ehrenberg ruins and walk
back towards Heiterwang to the Karlift car park starting point.
