Proceed past the Hotel Berghaus (house no. 711) and make your way gently uphill (path no. 12) through the woods, then cross the road, uphill in the direction of Bichlalm, keep left at the fork - trail no. 11, walk to the Hotel Alpenbad Hohenhaus (house no. 774). Either pass the Maria-Himmelfahrts chapel to the bus stop in Hintertux "Feuerwehr" or pass the tunnel and walk to the end of the valley with the Hintertux glacier cable car.
