Description

From the village square in Kappl, the route follows the local road through the hamlets Bild (chapel in Bild), Tschatscha, Höfen ("Passionskreuz Höfen-Tschatscha"), Stiegenwahl, Bach (chapel "Mariahilf-Kapelle") and Sinsen (chapel in Sinsen). After the hamlet Hofstatt, turn right at a junction towards Obermahren. Here, you can take a short detour to the chapel in Obermahren. Continue to Ulmich, where a narrow staircase opposite Haus Trisanna leads up to the chapel "Martinskapelle". After Ulmich, the paved path follows the Trisanna river towards Ischgl. After around 600 metres, the chapel "Schanz-Kapelle" can be found on the right-hand side, directly on the riverbank. Return along the same route or alternatively continue to the Ulmich Brücke bus stop and take the bus back.
