Where, if not here, could you get a little reverent? After all, this chapel is situated in an exceptionally beautiful location on the summit of the Kellerjoch.
Via a somewhat steeper path or a moderately ascending forest road past the Hecherhaus and on a normal hiking trail to the Kellerjochhütte. From there over a partly slightly exposed meadow ridge to the chapel on the Kellerjoch.
A scenic hike takes you past the reservoir, whose waters reflect the sky and mountain peaks. With unobstructed views of the imposing Karwendel mountains, you can enjoy the vastness of the mountain world step by step before stopping for a cosy break at the Hecherhaus, where a warm atmosphere and hearty delicacies await you.
There is also the option of taking the Kellerjochbahn cable car to the Hecherhaus.
