From Imst-Pitztal railway station, the Way of St. James leads via Obsaurs to the pilgrimage site of Kronburg in approx. 4:15 hours on a somewhat strenuous stage with a few climbs. From Kronburg, the Way of St. James then leads via Rifenal and Anreit down to the centre of Zams.

Description

Pilgrimage Kronburg:
The pilgrimage church to Maria Hilf, located in the valley south of the castle ruin Kronburg, was built as a chapel in 1673. The Wallsfahrtskirche shows itself as a simple, three-sided closed building, which rises on the west side of the pilgrimage tower was built in 1912.

The popular excursion destination offers dizzying insights into one of the most beautiful wild water in Tyrol. In centuries of work, the water has created the mysticism of the Zammer Lochputz gorge in Zams and through the water adventure trail everyone can now penetrate through cliffs, crampons and bridges in the wild natural beauty.
