Medium difficulty hike to Blankadee and back
Dias cable car takes you to the mountain station. First go past the Alpengasthof Dias to reach the junction „Bergwiesen Kappl“, which you follow. At the cross-roads behind Diasbach on route no. 6a, head to Rifflakopf / Edmund-Graf-Hütte to the mountain saddle, which provides a wonderful view into the valley. The steep hunter‘s path, no. 6a, proceeds to Kieler Höhenweg no. 511. This proceeds through Blankatal direct to Blankasee.
Return section: head back through Blankatal on route no. 511 and continue on route no. 11 to Durrichalpe (not managed). Choose route no. 10 to Oberhaus here and continue along route no. 9 to Kappl.
With the railway station in Landeck, the Paznaun is optimally connected to the Austrian train network. From Landeck-Zams station, only a short bus ride separates you from the Paznaun. Every half hour, line bus 260 runs from there through the valley. Bus stop: Kappl Bergbahn
