Description

The contemplative hike begins at the Hochpillberg parking area (alternatively, you can also start at Grafenast or the Kellerjochbahn). At the starting point, large information boards introduce the Path of the Senses and set the tone for this special nature experience. Along the route, you will encounter extraordinary stations such as the Star Garden or the Gate of the Six Senses. Time and again, artistic elements come as a surprise – such as concrete letters in a meadow or a hidden wordplay in the middle of the forest.

The trail offers numerous small and large discoveries for both young and old. In particular, the energy stone circles invite you to pause and linger – they are far more than just decorative elements in the midst of nature.

The varied route leads over spruce needles, grass and roots, pebbles and soft moss, through marshland and even through fresh, cold mountain water. The sections between the stream crossings are intentionally walked barefoot – sharpening the senses and awakening new perceptions, perhaps even childhood memories.

Places to stop for refreshments can be found in the Hochpillberg area and offer a pleasant way to end the hike.

Highlight: Through the digital Locandy experience, you are guided with gentle impulses to each station. Alongside fascinating insights into the artworks, the focus is above all on deceleration and well-being – with gentle chakra exercises, positive guiding thoughts, and simple yoga elements that lead you step by step toward greater calm and relaxation.
