Easy walk from the Sixenhof local history museum into the Oberautal valley. The flat trail leads to the Stod Waterfall in around 30 minutes.
From the Sixenhof local history museum, head west to the Schrambacherhof. From here, a flat path leads into the Oberautal valley. Right after the last farm-house and the Stod chapel, you will see the waterfall next to the path. The return is via the same route.
Take the regional bus (lines 4080 or 390) to Achenkirch and get off at the "Achenkirch Fischerwirt" stop.
Drive along the Achensee federal road (B181) to Achenkirch at the northern end of Lake Achensee. Take the first exit “Achenkirch Süd”, then turn left at the junction towards the lakefront. After approx. 350 metres, the lakefront is reached.
