Arrival by public transport
Take the regional bus (line 4080 or 390) to Achenkirch. Exit at the bus stop: Achenkirch Fischerwirt
Achenkirch - Viewpoint Kaiser-Maximilian-Rast - Achenkirch
The route begins to the right of the Fischerwirt, then leads through the underpass of the Achensee main road and climbs to the viewpoint Kaiser- Maximilian-Rast (see signposts). From the viewpoint, follow the forest road to the hotel VAYA Achensee. When you arrive at the main road, keep left and follow the footpath in the direction of the lake for ca. 450 meters. Walk through the underpass of the Achensee main road and back to the starting point.
