Description

Walk from the parking space Steige up to the farm and right head out towards the sawmill/ toboggan run. Continue through a spruce forest on a wide forest path, which continues to a steep climb. This leads through a romantic gorge to Imsterberg village. Walking time to Imsterberg: around 2 hours. To return, walk through Imsterau, turn right at the church and follow the state road. A few metres before the railway crossing, the path continues right through the hamlet of Imsterau all the way to the power house. At the power house (Kraftwerk), continue on the Unterwaldweg to the industrial esta te of Arzl. From there, a forest path next to the main road leads back to Arzl’s village centre.
