A family walk in idyllic Thierbach
A lovely path leads around the idyllic hamlet of Thierbach, the highest of the Wildschönau villages. Start is at the church. The imposing Gratlspitz Mountain in the background, the path takes you at first past beautiful farmhouses into the woods. Discovery the energy tree, a forest arena and relaxation spots. The kids will love the forest playground with a sand pit, wooden figures, swings and an insect hotel. Drop in to the Sollererwirt or Gradlspitz hotels for a drink or snack. The walk can be extended to include the beautiful Hörbighof.
Walking time: 1 hour but take plenty of time for studying and play.
