Description

The hike to the Vorderunnutz can be shortened considerably by starting from the car park at the cross-country skiing centre in Steinberg. The ascent begins on a scenic but somewhat steep path through the forest, which eventually joins the main path to the Vorderunnutz (2,087m) just below the Kotalm. The return is via the same route. 

Tip: Start your hike to Vorderunnutz from the car park at the cross-country skiing centre in Steinberg to shorten the route considerably.
