This challenging mountain hike leads to three idyllic mountain lakes and offers breathtaking high-mountain scenery and unspoiled nature. A rewarding hike for anyone who wants to discover the serene beauty of the Pitztal mountains.
The hike begins in the Rehwald district and follows a farm road to the Mauchele Alm. From there, a hiking trail branches off toward Brechsee, which can be reached from the Mauchele Alm in about an hour. After another hour and 30 minutes or so, the route leads to Krummer See, before reaching Kugleter See after another 50 minutes or so.
The return trip follows the same route back to the starting point.
The “Zaunhof Moosbrücke” bus stop is located about a 45-minute walk from the starting point.
