Eagle Walk stages in the Lechtal Alps

The Lechtal Alps are particularly rugged in nature and have retained their original character thanks to a conscious effort to limit development in the area. Eight challenging stages with an altitude difference of 7,500 metres lead through this mountain range.

Hike Decription

Eight stages lead through the Lechtal Alps. The route takes hikers from Ehrwald via the Lorea Hütte, Anhalter Hütte, Hanauer Hütte, Württemberger Haus, Memminger Hütte and Ansbacher Hütte to the Kaiserjochhaus. This is where the final stage of the North Tirolean variation of the Eagle Walk begins, leading to St. Christoph am Arlberg.
