From the Hochberg car park, continue along the gravel path further downstream, first along the stream, then up in several hairpin bends into the alpine pasture area to the Faulbaumgartenalm. Opposite the alpine pasture, the mighty Galtenberg "reigns". From the alpine pasture, there are some hiking options, e.g., another hour to the Steinbergalm. Return the same way;
