Hike down the mountain and enjoy
Take the Harschbichlbahn to the end station of the gondola lift, the Harschbichl at 1604 meters. From the Harschbichlalm opposite, you have a fantastic view of the summit and the rocks of the Kitzbüheler Horn. The radio transmitter tower at the top, visible from afar, is 102 meters high. Now head downhill on the forest path at and take the first fork to the right. Cross an alpine meadow and along a small hiking trail to the Stanglalm. Continue along the forest path for a while before turning off again onto a hiking trail across meadows and through shady forest. At the end of the forest path, you walk along a forest path and past the Angereralmsee lake to the middle station of the Harschbichlbahn cable car. Now you can take the gondola back to St. Johann in Tirol. Or you can whizz down into the valley on a mountain cart.
