The Möslalm is a popular hut above the town of Wörgl where hikers of all ages will find plenty to keep them entertained, including an easy-to-climb mountain, a cosy restaurant and fantastic views of the surrounding peaks and valleys.
The Möslalm can be reached via various paths. A wide, easy forest path starts at Gasthaus Berghäusl by the Wörgl stream and takes just over an hour to walk to the alpine pasture. The Möslalmkogel can be "taken along" in another 30 minutes, which means the tour can be extended to a circular hike.
The starting point of the hike is the information office in Wörgl. From there, follow the road towards Wildschönau. After approx. 10 minutes' walk you reach the BE 550 inn, which is on the left-hand side of the road. Forest trail no. 3/18 starts here and leads up a pleasant ascent through the forest to the Möslalm.
For summiteers, after a rest in the rustic mountain hut, you can climb the Möslalmkogel. To do this, follow the small meadow path no. 18a, which starts directly at the alp. After about 20 minutes you will have reached the summit cross.
Return to the starting point via the Schrofen snack station no. 18b and from there back to the starting point.
