Arrival by public transport
Take the regional bus (line 8332 or 390) to Pertisau and get off at the "Pertisau Karwendeltäler" stop.
Hike from Pertisau to the Gramai Alm (walking time: approx. 2 hours 15 minutes), then on to the Lamsenjochhütte at 1,953 meters (walking time from the Gramai Alm: 1.5 hours), spend the night there.
Take the regional bus (line 8332 or 390) to Pertisau and get off at the "Pertisau Karwendeltäler" stop.
Take the Achensee main road (B181) to Maurach and turn off in the direction of Pertisau. At the entrance to Pertisau, take the first road on the left uphill towards Karwendel cable car, pass it and follow the road straight ahead until reaching the large car park at the entrance to the Karwendel valleys (Nature Park Karwendel).
