Mountain hikes “Moor & more” Törfchen circular hiking route

Description

This loop starts at the large car park near to the former Römerhof inn. It is particularly suitable for families with small children or for for leisurely walkers.

Cross the small stream and follow the forest path. Don't forget to pick up the puzzle- & punching map from the tourist information beforehand, as it turns this walk into a puzzle rally.

However, you will soon see the first play equipment at the right-hand side, inviting you to let off stream. Again and again you will find inforamtion boards with interesting facts about the moorland area, play stations and overview maps. From here, simply follow the signs.

This loop tour is marked with a sticker of the little elf Törfchen. The path is not particularly steep and takes you through the shady forest, but there are also sunny sections. And remember: if the little ones have really let off stream while playing, that's no problem. This circuit is also pushchair-friendly. Afterwards, the inn 'Rummlerhof' invites you to take a cozy break. Or for all the active ones, the exciting forest playground is waiting to be explored.

When the stations have been passed and the fields of the tour have been stamped on the puzzle map, a little surprsie awaits the moor explorers at the tourist information of St. Johann in Tirol.
