Description

Alternatively, you can climb to the 1,988-metre Juifen summit from Achenwald (Hagen chapel) via the Rotwandhütte mountain hut (1,525 metres).
The trail follows a forest road for about 8.5 kilometres to the Rotwandhütte, with a walking time of about 2.5 hours. This section is also suitable for mountain bikers. From the hut, a hiking trail leads up to the summit.
