Demanding running trail in Reith. The start and finish for all 3 trails is at the Reitherkogelbahn car park. The initial section of the trail leads towards Alpbach. After approx. 300 m at the first marker turn right and follow the trail to the Hub-chapel. All three trails share the initial 1,8 km to the Hub-chapel, from this point the routes branch out in their respective direction.

Description

At the branch off at the Hub-chapel follow the panorama path uphill. You will reach your goal right below the "Reither Kogel" after 7,1 km.

Ways of returning from the mountain back to the start:

  • 1. Take the Reitherkogelbahn gondola (approx. 10 - 15 minute walk to the gondola top station. TIP: special service provided by the Reitherkogelbahnfor all runners during gondola running times - free transportation of luggage and descent with the gondola by prior arrangement at the ticket desk.
  • 2. Return via the Kreuzweg (Stations of the Cross) along the running trail up to km 1,4; from this point return to the village centre and the Reitherkogelbahn or run along the red or blue route - depending on physical condition.
  • 3. Return via the panorama path. Same route back.
