The Thaler parking lot, just after the Jausenstüberl Oberthaler is the ideal starting point for the approx. 1,5 hour long leisurely hike offering magnificent views. Follow the Marienweg, approx. 20-minute walk towards the Hösl Saddle/Hösl Chapel. To the right of the Hösl chapel a path leads up towards the Höslalm. Follow the forest track on the right and at the next crossroads tuen left and walk past the Zottaalm following the forest track back to the starting point.
The Jausenstation Oberthaler or the Zottahof are ideal venues to have something to drink and a bite to eat.
