Mountain hikes Kirchdorf - Kalkstein - Obingalm

Varied: Along the river, across alpine meadows and through the forest.

Description

From the center of Kirchdorf you start the hike in the direction of the Großache. There you keep to the right and hike along the river until you reach the Habach turnoff. 
From Habach the hiking trail goes through forest and meadows to the Haberberg hiking parking lot. After the parking lot keep right. From the Hacher farms you enter the forest via a narrow farm track. After about 150 meters, the hiking trail leads to the right, along a small mountain stream, up to the Obingalm. Walk back along the forest road to the farm Oberstegen. At the next junction, follow the hiking trail to Mühlreit to return to the center of Kirchdorf.

For ambitious hikers:
Return via Erpfendorf - at the game gate branch off to the right to Grödingalm. Walk down to Erpfendorf via the Angerlalm or the Huberalm (both serviced mountain huts) and along the Großache back to Kirchdorf.
