Themed hikes Wallfahrtsweg Kauns (1.050 m) - Kaltenbrunn (1.287 m)

Easy hike along a cart path from the village of Kauns on the sunny side of the Kaunertal to the Kaltenbrunn pilgrimage church. Along the way you pass Berneck Castle and the Schranzhaus, one of the oldest preserved houses in the valley. The forest opens up again and again, offering views of the valley and the mountains of the Kaunergrat. At the end, you can stop off at Gasthaus Kaltenbrunn. Return via the same route or descend to Platz to the bus stop.
