Appropriate equipment such as breathable suitable outdoor clothes for the weather.Camping Ötztal is a good starting point for this circular hike. At the beginning, you walk a short stretch along the Ötztaler Ache past the thermal bath “Aqua Dome.” At the first junction, keep left until you reach the access road to the bath. On the right side, a small chapel comes into view. Directly past this, the hiking trail leads through lush green meadows past the hamlet Astlehn to Runhof. Here, the path leads right past the few houses to the bridge, which is crossed. Follow the signs towards Gottsgut, past the fun park, continuing straight ahead to the football field in Huben. Now you leave the hiking trail for a short stretch and walk along the street through a small settlement to the fire station. Here you cross the street and follow the Ötztaler Ache downstream to Runhof. There, you cross the bridge and on the other side of the river return to Längenfeld.
Travel comfortably and safely by train. The final stop or drop-off point is ÖTZTAL station. Then you travel conveniently and quickly by public transport or the local taxi companies through the entire valley to your desired destination.
