Appropriate equipment such as breathable and weather-appropriate outdoor clothing is required for all hikes and routes. Bringing a first aid kit, a mobile phone, and possibly a hiking map, as well as sufficient provisions for hikes without catering options, is necessary.
The start of the easy hike is at the Panoramaparkplatz (Stuibenfall viewing platform), which is located just before the entrance to Niederthai. From there, the signposted forest road leads straight ahead, slightly uphill and downhill, through the forest to Wiesle. Upon arrival at the Wiesle snack station, you can enjoy Ötztal specialties, the peace, and listen to nature. The return follows the same hiking path.
Travel comfortably and safely by train to the Ötztal station. The final stop or exit point is the ÖTZTAL station. Then you can conveniently and quickly travel with public bus services or local taxi companies through the entire valley to your desired destination.
