Description

Starting at the Nordic Sports Arena parking lot in Niederthai, the sun terrace of the Ötztal at 1,550 m elevation, is this varied and easy-to-walk hiking route. From there, you first walk a short distance towards the district of Tellerboden. After just 50 meters, turn left onto the marked forest trail "Wiesle" and follow it until you reach another crossroads. At the crossroads, turn left and the wide forest path continues to Mauslasattel. Here, the hiking path continues flat at first until it descends through a dense forest leading to the snack station. Shortly before the snack station, a clearing opens up and you follow the path through lush and blooming mountain meadows to the Jausenstation Wiesle. At the Jausenstation Wiesle, the excursion destination, mainly products from local farmers are served. Besides a sun terrace to recharge energy, children also enjoy the small playground on site.
