Our house is located below the romantic castle Schloss Weißenstein in the heart of the Hohe Tauern Tyrol National Park. It is in a quiet location and the walking time to the centre of the village is about 8 minutes. It is the perfect retreat for two people who appreciate togetherness. The location allows direct access to cycling and hiking trails and also offers a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains.

On the spacious sun terrace you can relax after an excursion and fill up on vitamin D.

In winter, the village of Matrei in Osttirol has cross-country skiing trails, the large skiing area Großglockner Resort Kals-Matrei, horse-drawn carriage rides and much more.
