Hike Tour: Rotkogel Hut - Schwarzkogl
Moderate mountain trail; suitable for sure-footed and experienced hikers; good physical condition, mountain experience, and mountain equipment (see Equipment) necessary.
Appropriate equipment such as breathable and weather-appropriate outdoor clothing, ankle-high hiking boots, wind, rain, and sun protection, a hat, and possibly gloves are recommended!
The hiking trail then leads over a narrow path past the Schwarzsee up to the summit cross (Schwarzkogl).
Travel comfortably and safely by train to the Ötztal station. The final stop or exit point is the ÖTZTAL station. Then, travel conveniently and quickly by public transport or local taxi companies through the entire valley to your desired destination!
