The annual Innsbruck Alpine Trail Run Festival celebrates the trail running lifestyle and is the pinnacle celebration of trail running in Europe.
Off the roads and well-trodden paths and enveloped by majestic mountain beauty, trail runners will find some of the best singletrack running they’ll come across, with courses ranging from 16.8 to 108 kilometers and up to 5,400 nasty vertical meters to tackle. Take on to trail systems that are known for their serene and scenic atmosphere. Starting at the heart of Tirol’s capital Innsbruck on September 10, 2020, it’s just you, the trail, and the challenge of competing against like-minded athletes.
To enhance the experience, the different sections of the courses will be mapped with a GPS device. Held for the third time in a row, the Innsbruck Night Trail is a 7K run with an elevation gain of 400 meters that will start at 8:30pm on September 10, 2020.
Now in its sixth year, the popular Innsbruck Alpine Trail Run Festival is the pinnacle celebration of trail running in Europe. The well-groomed system of trails and the beautiful mountain scenery here will leave you breathless (if that doesn’t the 108K Ultra will). Apart from individual competition, there will be team relay events for friends, associations or companies.
