Our modern 70m² holiday flat is located in the heart of Matrei in Osttirol in the Hohe Tauern Tyrol National Park area. The quiet location of the accommodation proves to be an ideal oasis of well-being and a suitable retreat for young and old. Our guests can enjoy the warming rays of the sun in our spacious garden, let their eyes wander to the surrounding mountains and prepare delicious barbecue specialities. The village centre including shopping facilities, restaurants and bus stops is only a few minutes' walk away.

In summer, guests can hike, cycle, climb, swim and visit various excursion destinations in the region, such as the romantic Gschlösstal valley.

In winter, Matrei in Osttirol and its surroundings are ideal for skiing, cross-country skiing, ski touring, tobogganing and winter hiking.
